COVID-19 Postal Updates

COVID_19 UPDATE:  Firstly, we hope you're all well and keeping yourselves and your families safe.

Our website is open for you to place orders but we still have reduced staffing - Royal mail due to reduced resources are only collecting our mail sacks once a week until we are fully out of lockdown. We all have to do our part and the chain of people in getting your orders to you involves numerous people from ourselves, our fabulous post mistress who books the mail sacks through, the postal workers and delivery men and women, they all have families and we all need to get through this. Safety of you our customers is and always will be our up-most priority and we as a family run business are following all advice from Public Health England and maintaining the highest possible hygiene standards. All Craft shows and exhibitions we normally attend up to June 2021 have been cancelled by the organisers. We manufacture all our own stamps, stencil and MDF products so stocks of these shouldn't be a problem so long as we can get the raw materials and we will try to keep stocks of items such as ink pads from our suppliers as much as is possible.
Orders are being packed in the safest way possible. Hand sanitizers are used prior to packing of any orders and Royal mail have said that the virus can't be spread by packets and parcels distributed from our store, so you will still be able to order from Inkylicious website without needing to worry.

Overseas shipping: Due to the COVID restrictions, shipping of orders outside the UK is currently unavailable, we hope to resume once the UK is fully out of lockdown, dependant on guidance.

I know that the current climate is worrying and that you're probably doing your best to keep calm and carry on but please look after your own health and well-being and that of your friends and family too.

ROYAL MAIL DELIVERIES


IMPORTANT NOTICE: Royal Mail have advised due RM staff shortages, some sorting office locations are taking longer to deliver than their advertised times. Although our processing times are as normal with only the occasional delay, Covid-19 self isolation etc is still affecting all forms of UK delivery timescales and longer than normal delivery times after dispatch might be experienced. Please understand however, that Royal Mail and the postal system are trying their absolute best. Your mail has to travel through several hubs so even though your own sorting office may not be experiencing any problems, one of the hubs it travels through might be.

This really is out of our hands and we are sorry, but we and the postal workers are trying our absolute best. Please allow sufficient time before chasing as we are unable to locate the whereabouts of any packages except through the standard Royal Mail tracking facility, please allow Royal Mail the extra time to get your package to you.

Help us to ensure your orders get to you - Please always check that your delivery address on our website for your order is correct before completing your payment. We only use the details as entered on our website, if you have an alternative address or amend it after being transferred to Paypal checkout under GDPR rules this information is not passed on to us and we will only ship to the address entered on our website when placing your order.
